Teaching
I am a math teacher at Cambridge Math Circle (Fall 2024 - Present). Here is my current teaching schedule:
-
Tuesdays (4:15-5:10pm) - I teach a small group of elementary school students over Zoom using Beast Academy's curricula.
-
Wednesdays (11am-1pm) - Along with a small group of other teachers and parent volunteers, we play math games with elementary and middle school kids at Kennedy-Longfellow.
-
Thursdays (11am-1pm) - More math games! On Thursdays, we are at Morse School.
-
Saturdays (9:15-11:15am or 2:15-4:15pm) - I guide a small group of 1st-8th grade students through problem sets during in-person Math Circle classes at Harvard's Science Center.

(I love spending time with the kids as well as the flexible schedule. This is currently how I'm supporting myself!)
During my master's at Wake Forest University, I was a tutor in the Math and Stats Center and a teaching assistant for the following courses. For each course, I held office hours at least once a week and graded problem sets weekly.
